In these articles, Emily Swann and Spencer Watts will interview the senior soccer, field hockey, and cross country participates. Once every 3 days, one of us will post an interview with a senior from a fall sport.
The first article for this series will be by Spencer. He interviewed Field Hockey Player, Abby Weger.
Question 1: What is your favorite part about playing field hockey?
Answer: The team aspect and being with my friends all the time.
Question 2: What will you miss most about playing field hockey and going to Greenwood School District?
Answer: All of my wonderful teammates.
Question 3: What is your favorite memory about playing field hockey with the Greenwood Wildcats? Answer: Winning state my junior year.
Question 4: What are your feelings about winning the state championship last year?
Answer: I was proud of what my team accomplished.
Question 5: Do you think the team will make it to states again?
Answer: If everything goes as planned we should.
Question 6: What is your favorite quote from anyone on the team?
Answer: “The faces change but the expectations don’t”- Mr. Houser
Question 7: What advice can you give the underclassmen players to succeed in the future?
Answer: Always listen to your coaches and always try your best.
